Positive: Peter is a wonderful host. Despite changing arrangements he met our requests cheerfully. He spent time explaining how to use the kitchen and laundry appliances, where to find the washing powder, the clothes airer, ironing board and iron. He then marked a number of important places on a tourist map that he provided, explained the use of local buses, which numbers to catch, that they were free for over 65 year olds. He pointed out where to buy food close by, and emailed us a list of good restaurants, which we used. The coffee machine was a new Nespresso, and he provided a generous number. of pods. Chilled bottled water was in the fridge. We appreciated his help with the luggage up the first stone steps to the lift. Best of all the apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy the city, exceptional in every way: wonderfully decorated, great beds, impressive dining area and lounge room. The photos on the website are accurate. Our time in Budapest was great. Thank you, Peter.

Positive: The property is finished to a very high standard in terms of decor and facilities. and it is VERY clean. It is spacious too with all rooms featuring high ceilings. The property’s everything we need for our stay - plus lots of thoughtful details. Finally the host was amazing in meeting us and sharing lots of local information and recommendations.
Negative: It is very very hard to find any faults with this property. It was amazing and would re-visit.
Summary: This property surpassed our expectations and was an integral component in our most amazing visit to Budapest

Positive: Broadway Residence is a gem. It is exactly what the photographs look like. I traveled with my family, we are a group of seven adults, and the space offered a comfortable stay. We had access to 2.5 toilet and bath, kitchen and dining are well equipped, floors are heated, and bedrooms are cozy. We celebrated New Year's at his place, and we were able to cook a feast for our group. Peter, our lovely host, started communicating with me weeks before arrival. He gave us directions as to how we can conveniently go to his place. On the day of our arrival, he met us at the entrance to help us with our luggage. He stayed for a bit to show us how things work in his house. He also gave us wonderful recommendations as to where we could go. Together with his wife, Peter sent us off on the day of our departure. Staying at Peter's place made our Budapest trip more memorable. Compared to all the places we've stayed in, his is definitely our favorite. We can't wait to go back to Budapest and stay at Broadway Residence again!
Negative: To no one's fault, the only negative thing that unfortunately happened during our stay is that the elevator was under maintenance. Peter was the one who carried most of our luggage (his place was located on the fourth floor, by the way). Peter, being the gracious host that he is, willingly offered us a refund of a certain amount and our private transfer and taxi going to our bus station.

Positive: The apartment was so lovely. Beautifully updated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was located in a great spot for walking/scootering around. Peter (the host) was absolutely great. Went over everything to make sure we would have a wonderful stay.
