Summary: Excellent property. Host was out of town and daughter who was filling in was not the friendliest, or most accessible host. Was absent or inaccessible for most of our time there! It felt like every time we had a need we were knocking on locked doors to find someone. Breakfast - usually a highlight at a B&B - was mediocre at best. Most of the food was in short supply on day 1 and was not replenished. Certainly far from the full Irish breakfast promised on the web site. There were 4 couples from the same tour booked in for 2 nights, so thankfully we had each other. From the previous reviews it seems the regular host is very different. I certainly hope others do not have our experience!

Summary: We had a fabulous stay with Michael and Noreen. Brilliant hosts with a beautiful home and garden. Location is very convenient for Westport town centre and quiet. thanks for your hospitality 😻

Summary: Brook manor is s lovely place to stay. The hosts are everything you want in s host. The only comment i would offer is that a fan in the room would br appreciated during heat waves like the one experienced while we were there

Summary: Lovely B&B with a very welcoming host. Great breakfast provided.Good size room and en-suite. Charming town with good shops and pubs is a 10 minute walk away but would recommend driving if your doing some shopping

Summary: I really enjoyed the stay @ Brooklodge as well the hospitality of Mike and his wife They offered fabulous Breakfast and had been helpful with anything, I asked for. I recommend this place.

Summary: Hosts Noreen and Michael provide a wonderfully comfortable experience. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to your request. The bedrooms were comfortable with the needed extras. They made you feel so special that you know you will be coming back to visit and enjoy all Westport has to offer.
