Welcome to Brownstone!
This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch.
House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water. Gas grill island with a mini fridge and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens included. Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soaps, trash bags, and laundry soap are also provided for your convenience.
Located near the Hurricane Deck Bridge off of Hwy 5, this house is conveniently located 5 minutes from Woods Supermarket and 15 minutes to Walmart Supercenter. Several area restaurants and bars are located within a short boating or driving distance and include Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill, Bear Bottom’s Bar & Grill (with waterslides for little and “big” kids), Chic's N Dix country bar, Branding Iron Bar & Grill, Larry’s on the Lake, and Fish & Company. For those looking for boat rentals, we have several Tri-toon boats for rent.

Summary: This property is exactly as pictured…and does not disappoint! We stayed with 16 ppl, my parents in their 70’s, 4 adults in our 40s and 10 “kids” ranging from 21-13. We would highly recommend this property. The game room was a high hit with everyone- and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space and the lake itself. This home is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need- a full size freezer in the laundry pantry area- large fridge plus a stand up refrigerator freezer in the game room/ we had so much space for everything we brought! Communication with management was a breeze and every question we had was answered very quickly when planning our trip. We had the perfect lake vacation at this beautiful home! You won’t go wrong booking the Brownstone!

Summary: Our second stay at Brownstone and it was better than the first! Extremely clean, well stocked in the kitchen, amazing location, not too busy even on the weekend and our favorite watering hole, Captain Ron’s just a short boat ride or paddle board away! Trying another of Anthony’s properties for next year and booked already as we left today! Highly recommend!

Summary: This was the perfect property for our family reunion and we loved every second of our stay! From sunrise coffee on the deck, to grilling and chilling, sunset wine, boating, tubing, and midnight swims, this property had everything we needed. The games offered something for everyone, and the beds were welcoming and comfortable when we exhausted ourselves at the end of each day. Anthony was friendly, provided great communication, and kept us in the loop. 10/10 would stay here again!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful time, stayed there for a week. Excellent location, and a beautiful view of the water. We also found lots of delicious restaurants and bars nearby. Indoor sound system and game room made staying in a blast, too! Very responsive owner and maintenance team. A lovely place to get the full flavor the Ozarks have to offer!
