Positive: Location The location was very good. I was able to reach Schlick 2000 cable car, the bus stop to another cable car, and super market in 10 minutes by foot. A nearby restaurant was also good. Staff They were so kind. They were willing to respond to all my questions and requests regardless of my poor English.when we couldn’t talk directly, we could exchange by message. Thank you so much. Room Everyday cleaning made me so comfortable. I heard almost no noises of another room. The view from the balcony was good. Others The breakfast was so good. That was what I was looking for. The house was so cute.It made me happy.

Positive: We were given a lovely big room with a balcony with a great view of the mountains. Good choice at breakfast. Leonard did an excellent job taking over from his Mother who was in hospital. Do hope Christine has recovered well. The visitor card was a bonus giving us free gondola passes. Wish we could have stayed longer to use more of the offers.
