Positive: Spacious room, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and nice. Soma Restaurant was great.
Negative: The only thing that wasn’t amazing was a strange odor in the hallways and elevators.

Negative: The walls are THIN. We woke up to our neighbors alarm in the morning and you can hear everything!!

Positive: The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room very lovely, lots of TV channels, a nice deep bathtub. I liked the area as well. I didn't eat at the rooftop restaurant, but went upstairs to look at it and it is beautiful.
Negative: If there is going to be a kitchenette and sink, it wouldn't hurt to put a plate or 2 and a bit of silverware. If I wanted to eat a yogurt, I had to make sure I brought a plastic spoon with me. Also, what is the idea re: drawers for clothes? I put mine on the lower shelf of the kitchenette. Finally - I couldn't get to the authorization page for the wifi and would bypass it through the options buttons. But it constantly disconnected and I had to enter again. That was the least good feature of your very lovely hotel.

Positive: I loved the pool and how friendly the staff was! Seriously, best hotel I’ve stayed out in a very long time. The food and drinks at the rooftop bar was great too! Breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner it’s all great! The shuttle was a really nice touch too.

Positive: The king size bed was comfortable in the living room, the bunkbeds on the only bedroom was cool for our grandson !
Negative: Room was very minimalist. Floors you can tell had carpet at one time, but were tore out sanded down with spots of glue still there for effect! The only table in the room was about to collapse. Concrete counters were cool, and I get what they were going for. We’ve stayed in some Asian hotels that do this much better. Sorry you missed the mark. No fridge except for the locked pay fridge, that you have to contact the front desk to have unlocked. That would have been a great conversation when we checked in. So we had to throw out our leftovers. No Microwave. It looks like a full kitchen, but no microwave, no real fridge, just a large sink, and why do you need such a huge kitchen sink, but nothing else. Not a suite. If not wasn’t for the bunkbeds in the actual bathroom which was Actually the only cool thing about the room. If this is you best rooms, at least from what the website says. Then I’d not recommend staying at the Brut Hotel!
