Positive: the facility is family owned and operated. I might say it is eclectic in look and feel. our room was SPOTLESS. have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not this clean. breakfast was home cooked and excellent -- muffin, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, coffee and juice. you get to meet the owner.

Positive: 15 minutes from Bryce, lies this boutique hotel, designed by the artist who owns the place. Every corner exudes warmth and love, the staff is welcoming, the homemade breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended

Positive: The lady owner was exceptionally friendly, helpful and interested in us. She made every effort to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Best nights sleep in fabulous bed. Fantastic breakfast.
Negative: A little out of the way but the positives outweighed this.

Positive: We would like to thank Ivo and Christine for having provided us the best stay of our entire 2-week trip to the US. The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom spotless clean, they prepared us an amazing home-made breakfast and gave us useful tips on things to see in the area. The place is well located, just a 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon and just outside the town of Panguitch. If you are planning to go to Bryce, do yourself a favor and book this place.
