Positive: The views were amazing and the property was super clean and well equipped.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a bit of cozier lighting in the living room for the night time, but everything was wonderful!

Positive: It was a stunning home in a beautiful location. Very peaceful. We did struggle with the lack of curtains in the main living area as the children’s bedroom was within this room meaning very early starts and tired children. It also meant it was very bright in the day with sun in our eyes and difficult to see the TV. More curtains would make this place perfect!
Negative: As above.
Summary: Amazing place to stay for Bryce and Zion.

Positive: Beautiful location, handy for what we were doing. Really nicely decorated. Prompt communication from hosts when dealing with an issue on arriving.
Negative: On arrival property hadn't been cleaned from previous booking, someone came to clean promptly but asked what we specifically wanted done. We were also asked to finish off the washing of the previous guests by putting the sheets in the drier once they were done. Listing what style of coffee machine would be good too as there were no pods on arrival but we had already stopped and got groceries before we got there and would have picked some up if we had known.

Positive: Location is amazing, and the house itself is adorable! We loved the porch, spent hours there stargazing. The hosts were also super responsive when we had a cleaning ask for them, which we appreciated!
Negative: It’s great to wake up with the sunlight but blinds would have been great. Minor point though, the stay was awesome!

Positive: If you are looking to wake up with the golden sun rising against the blue and red tint of the surrounding mountains but without sacrificing the comforts of modern lifestyle, this is your place! A dream for any Bryce/Zion enthusiast with a boho-chic style, this clean, spacious, and quiet rental is a true retreat: it is equipped with everything needed to have a comfortable, refreshing stay. It boasts plenty of towels, comfortable beds, lots of coffee and hot chocolate, in addition to full-sized fridge/freezer and washer and dryer (and detergent), and 2 full bathrooms. Additionally, the host was more than accommodating when we requested a portable baby crib and was flexible with our check-in time. He quickly responded to our communication and made sure we had all we needed. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would have loved to stay longer, but we packed a lot of miles into our road trip through colorful Utah, so we had to move on. Maybe one day we'll be back your way!
Negative: Everything was wonderful, but just to let you know, here are a couple points that might be worth looking into: The rugs at the entrance and in the kitchen are a little hazardous because they slide too easily on the floor. Also, since we arrived after dark, we had a hard time finding which house was ours for the night. The house number is a little small to find and there is no light outside. Finally, the microwave oven is quite high which makes it difficult to load and especially to watch its contents heating.
Summary: We highly recommend this new spacious, comfortable, and bright place close to Bryce Canyon. A+++++++
