Positive: Location was amazing! Heart of Bryggen. Apartment was quite clean and it was nice the sofa bed was already made up! We contacted the owners and asked for extra towels and we received that the next day. They also allowed us to have late check out and then leave our bags in longer. Thank you!
Negative: The front door was broken and the door to the apartment had a digital lock which did not work, and was not fixed still by the time we left. We used the emergency keys and that worked fine the whole stay. The apartment has 2 floors, and the stairs are steep, starting very close to the entryway. I would not recommend families with kids to be here, take note. That said, if youโ€™re a group with adults, itโ€™s perfectly fine. We just had to watch our kid all the time.

Positive: Access to property could have been more convenient as there are stairs to the Apartment and even within Apartment stairs downstairs were unsafe for kids.

Positive: Very nice apartment, walking distance to a lot of Bergenโ€™s landmarks. The fireplace is a nice addition when visiting during winter. The staff is very friendly and available for all your questions. Highly recommended.

Positive: The location is perfect, right behind floibanen station. Very close to bryggen, restaurants and fish market, convenient store, parking building nearby. Washing machine excellent, quick wash and dry perfectly. Living room, kitchen, dining area are spacious. Room heater works well and very easy to use.
Negative: The steps to the rooms downstairs a bit steep, lucky we dont have elderly and small children, so for us no problem. If i may suggest, amenities such as soap, shampoo, cooking oil, will help a lot
