Positive: The space in the living room was excellent it was value for money, The views were amazing. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas.
Negative: The down stairs bedroom was too hot , the kitchen was a little small for 11.

Positive: Clean and comfortable house, ideal for a get together with plenty of room to socialise. The private hot tub was nice with lovely views of the surrounding area. It was in close proximity to town.

Positive: Extremely spacious, bigger than the photos suggest. Perfect for groups without being on top of each other, lots of seating options in different areas of the house and enough chairs for everyone and comfy beds Some of us used the hot tub and loved it. Felt quite private, but next door was empty so not sure if that was booked too. Lovely views from the front of the property and could see sheep in the field from the back which was cute. Close proximity to town and amenities. Easy to find for taxi drivers.
Negative: Not sure if any were provided but we couldn’t find any instructions on what to do with the bins at the end of our stay. Two fans in the cupboard didn’t work and it was humid weather so could’ve done with them working but not a big issue.

Positive: The location is perfect and there's plenty of space that makes it a great accommodation for large groups whether that be families or friends.
Negative: While we had a great time and there were very few issues, there are a few things that are worth feeding back on to perfect the property. There should be a hot water warning on the kitchen sink. The hob fan and television didn't work but this is an easy fix.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The space was warm and inviting. Everything was prepared to ensure comfort and convenience.
Negative: I am very disappointed regarding the conduct of your hot tub cleaner during our recent stay. The cleaner displayed a shocking lack of professionalism by expressing anger about the state of the hot tub and questioning how long we would be staying. While such comments are inappropriate on their own, his behavior took an even more distressing turn when he began imitating my native language in a mocking manner, which came across as blatantly racist. This made my family and me feel deeply unwelcome and uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect respectful and professional service, not judgment or discrimination. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants immediate attention.
