Positive: The location is perfect if you’re planning hiking trips in the Tatra mountains because the first stop for buses are less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful, especially with early check out and luggage storage as I was leaving the hotel early for a hike then leaving Zakopane that evening. The room was clean and comfortable. It has everything you need.
Negative: All was good.

Positive: It was an excellent value for the money. However, the cost savings do you come with some trade offs. First on one of the nights it was a bit cool, so we asked if there was heat in our room and we were advised that it was yet to be turned on. This also created a problem of our shower towels, which were not changed during the three days we stayed there, to remain damp, and create a bit of an older. , we stayed there, to remain damp and create a bit of a odor in the room. The room did not offer a safe, but was disclosed on their website. The bedding was more of a futon style of bed with an approximately 6 inch pad, which allowed you to feel the slats which supported it. Being that it was located outside of the heart of the tourist District there meals were an exceptional value and very tasty. Their Wi-Fi was sporadic. They are located only about a five minute walk from the train station and the main bus station, which was extremely convenient for day trips. Overall, if I was to make a return trip to Zakopane Poland, I would definitely consider staying there another time.

Positive: Nice cosy room, very good quality/price ratio. Well equipped, not too far from the city center. Would stay again.
Negative: Curtains hardly cover the whole window and are not opaque, so it's pretty bright in the morning (which is somewhat a problem in Poland as the sun rises very early). A bit noisy due to some kind of compressor of the nearby hotel.

Negative: Only had hand towels for showering in the morning, no body towels. Shower didn't have good pressure. Bar restaurant was closed the night we were there without any notice on the door, meant to be open until at least 10pm.
