Buccaneer House is a classic beach house - everything you can imagine a beach house should be! With more than 1700 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it's a perfect place for you and your family to vacation. Located in the desirable Tidelands subdivision, this home is minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It also boasts a beautiful view and a private walkover that will have you on the beach in just a few steps! Whether you are eating "al fresco" at the tables, or just taking in the sunrise or the Gulf of Mexico, you will love the furnished, wrap-around, covered beachfront deck.
Buccaneer House is a bright, beautiful, and well maintained home that offers full beach views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. We know you'll enjoy the large great room with beautiful wood floors and an expansive view of the Gulf. There is ample seating, and a well-stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, including both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig. With a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and high speed internet, you have all the comforts of home. The house also offers five TVs with DirecTV and a DVD/Blueray player.
The primary bedroom features a private deck and breathtaking sunrises over the water (relax in bed and watch the waves!). There are four bedrooms total - the first has one king bed and one twin. The second offers a queen bed with a full over full (XL) bunk bed. In the remaining two bedrooms you will find one queen and one twin bed in each room.
The property is large, with plenty of room for parking. The covered ground floor patio has a picnic table and bench swing, with lots of room for the kids to play. You can utilize the charcoal grill for family cookouts. There is also a new addition to the downstairs entertaining space - a custom-built, all wood bar area! The spacious wood paneled interior features a mini-fridge and a microwave, and plenty of room for your coolers and snacks. Open up the 2 sets of beautiful custom made window panels and you have a corner bar just waiting for you to pull up your stools! We know you will love relaxing at Buccaneer House!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This isn’t the original house I had reserved off VRBO. The one I had picked sold and they did not notify us until it was less than thirty days, and told me I needed to reschedule my vacation. I told them no due to my entire family taking off from work for this vacation. They told us we could cancel with out any penalty which was nice but the whole situation was a little annoying and frustrating. However, the house we ended up in was beach front and honestly amazing. What I did not like though was I was told there was bunk beds and an additional bed in a room and that was not the case but it was okay. The rental company was very fast to answer any questions I had and I would honestly stay at this house again despite all the issues I had.

The only complaint that i have is the noise pollution with all the vehicles that just ride up and down the beach with their loud speakers. But other than that IT WAS AN AWESOME VACATION Thank you for the easy check in and the easy check out. We plan to come back again!

Summary: This was our favorite trip to Crystal Beach ever. The house is right on the beach, and is absoltely perfect for a group. Every room has its own bathroom with shower, and its very cozy. The quick walk to the beach makes it super convenient to come and go and the balcony provides a super relaxing and beautful vew of the gulf. We loved it!

Reviewer Comments: Our family has rented this property, The Buccaneer, for numerous years now. This home is beach front with it’s own little grassy front yard and a gazebo which is fabulous! I like to sit up there and watch our grandchildren play on the beach. The home also has a great lower covered porch with an outdoor shower, porch swing and plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy at night. This home is a perfect fit for our family, .... we are looking forward to next year!
