Summary: Trip had hiccups at the start. Struggled to get a shuttle to hotel then was told my booking was non-existent on arrival because afternoon front desk staff had not communicated to evening personnel. What was frustrating was I had called to confirm as soon as I paid online about 4days in advance. After that was sorted the it was alright- the breakfast was great. My room -on a budget- was ok.

Summary: My stay was so amazing. The place is so beautiful and welcoming. Very clean with very beautiful view. Bed was so comfortable with a very clean linen. The food was so nice and fresh. Can't wait to visit again

Summary: Fantastic location - It's fairly easy to get to either by car or by kombi (minibus) from Manzini. My room had a stunning view for miles and miles across the country and a comfortable couch to sit on and enjoy it with a drink or a book. Great staff - the staff was nothing but lovely and always trying to answer my question and accommodate my requests. Big room with a comfy bed & massive bathroom. Lots of common space to sit and relax or chat with other travelers. Free tea/coffee 24/7. The WiFi was slow and only worked in the dining area but that seems to be a typical eSwatini issue as I have experienced that in other accommodation, too (and at least at Buckswood they don't charge for WiFi).
