Summary: Kitchen amenities and gathering spaces were just perfect. Beds were so comfy that my parents bought one as soon as we returned home. We were in town for my daughter’s TSU graduation and of course wanted to spend some time in Austin. We were 15 minutes from both! Lots of great nearby restaurants on Slaughter. 10/10!

Summary: Great updated house. Awesome open floor plan. A few quirks and repairs needed, but it was a comfortable stay, great backyard, great fridge, and great tub in the master bathroom. Great welcome amenities. Neighborhood is good, but very dark at night.

Summary: They house overall was really nice; nice amenities and space. However / the smaller bedrooms sleep number did not work and was very hard. My parents ended up sleeping on the couch the last night because of this. Moreover the white rugs in the large bathroom need to be washed and bleached; they were brown and is the reason I balled the rugs up with the towels so they would be washed. The sheets in both bedrooms show the oils from other stays, so sided different sheets. The light switches are too complicated, should not need a manual to operate light switches. Then smaller bedroom had plenty of junk and filth underneath, which is why I would took a picture. I would focus on the important and smaller details and this would be a five star. Other than

Summary: Great backyard and patio areas. Really enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, just needed some new pans as the ones available were quite worn and scratched. Amazing primary bathroom space.

Summary: This is a really wonderful property. Unfortunately we experienced a mechanical failure and were without hot water throughout our stay. The communication was good throughout the issue and it was handled as best as possible. The yard is perfect for dogs and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the home overall is very comfortable.
