Positive: The apartment is located in a beautiful area, in a lovely building, and the balcony offers an amazing view. Everything we needed was close by. The owners are really nice and they let us check in early and we could leave our bags in the apartment while waiting for our bus on our last day.

Negative: The apartment was really dirty, it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The toilet was covered in stains, the shower was broken in multiple places and the shower door couldn't close properly. The bathroom door couldn't close so there's no privacy. In the kitchen, the glasses and plates were dirty, shelves were covered in breadcrumbs. The blanket on the bed had stains. Another major concern is that the key to the apartment is the same as the key to the main entrance of the residence (hall with other suites) meaning that potentially anyone from other suites could enter our unit. For the price being charged, this level of service is unacceptable. It is shameful that guests have to start their stay by buying cleaning supplies and scrubbing the place just to make it livable.

Negative: The shower will surely make you feel homesick. The window blinds are broken in one room - may be less of a problem if you’re there in the winter when the Sun comes up later.

Negative: The place was dirty, with dust and hairs both behind the bed and (especially) in the bathroom. The place looks worn out, with rust over the bathroom’s heater, mold in front of the toilet, and old internal windows. WiFi was basically non existing in our room. The “hallway” is communicating with other rooms, so if people come home late and make noise/turn on the light you will hear it. The room at least was somewhat big. For us it is definitely over priced, as we stayed two more days in another apartment in Budapest and it was completely different and still cheaper.

Summary: Great position, but dirty and worn out. Overpriced

Positive: This apartment is very spacious and conveniently located to the Dentist Implant Center, shops, spar etc. Easy access to Pest region via frequent trams 6/4 and tram 2. Great value for money. Owner was very flexible and communication was excellent. Tip for travellers to download Budapestgo app and then purchase daily travel card which allows unlimited travel on trains, metro, buses.

Positive: Location was perfect for my needs as my engagements were on Buda side. Easy to go to Pest too. Room was very quiet and air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather in August. Bed linen and towels were fresh and clean. Communication was also very nice and quick.

Negative: The apartment was clean but in overall a little bit worn out so if you are very picky maybe not this place. Some fresh coffee or tea would be a nice extra!

Summary: Comfortable two nights in great location!
