Positive: The buildings are well built, and by design well isolated from neighbors. This meant a quiet night's sleep even next to a major road. Parking was ample, and the staff was efficient and composed even with my late-night arrival. They were also very responsive to emailed communications.

Negative: There were minor details like a chair which has a cushion in need of cleaning; the toilet paper had previously been wet to a shallow depth and mold had grown on it; and one pillowcase probably needed a touch-up with some hydrogen peroxide. None of these were show-stoppers for me, though.
