Positive: It Was quiet, not a lot of traffic.
Negative: Paid 169 for a room with two queen beds, got (upgraded) to a suite for $24 that had a "kitchen" and was told two queen beds. Room had two full beds, a sink with two burners built in and a microwave right beside the sink. When we got up the fridge had leaked all across the floor and after that, they ended up keeping $20 of the $50 deposit. Room was left clean with no trash and beds fixed with all towels and rags left in the tub. There was no damage by us. Now we can't get in touch with the motel to find out what we paid the extra $20 for. Ended up paying over $200 for a crappy room.
Summary: Won't stay here again.

Positive: There was a breakfast? Didn't even know there was a breakfast. Had to leave to go to meetings/events fairly early anyway and probably would not have been able to partake.
Negative: Overall, room was adequate. Manager upgraded me to a "suite" or room normally provided for longer stays with a "kitchen" and microwave ... more like a hotplate on a counter with a sink. Towels left a bit to be desired, what I normally refer to "gunny sack" towels, although not the worst I've experienced at low cost hotels/motels. No extra blankets so had to keep the room warmer than normal at night which was, at times a bit uncomfortable due to very humid weather. Parking very limited and congested.
Summary: Room was adequate for me but my wife would never have agreed to stay there.

Positive: I travel a lot. This is the BEST rundown hotel ever!!!. It’s looks rough BUT it’s had The best AC I’ve ever had, ice cold fridge, fire stick tv (way better than cable), hot water with awesome pressure, and an very very very comfy bed. And the Indian family was SO nice. And it’s 2 blocks from a gas station that had great food for people with no rental.
Negative: Get some new bedding and clean just a tad more and it’s perfect.

Positive: Pulling up to the building I was skeptical, once in the room you could tell it had been redone. It is a no frills hotel but a nice one. If you're looking for a place to lay your head you can't go wrong here!

Positive: I loved the location and the positive attention of the staff personnel - they were willing to help as they were able with any request I made.
Negative: It was like... They weren't expecting me, hahaha. The towels were clean but rumpled. There was a bar of soap and a single packet of shampoo in the bathroom - very difficult to open, especially when wet - and a single trash can for both the bathroom and sleeping area. There were no hangers for the closet but the manager graciously find 3 to bring me that evening, along with a roll of TP, as there was none in the room.
