Positive: The view was absolutely amazing. At every point in the day, there was a cinematic backdrop through the window. The facilities were clean, and the hot water was always ready to go. The owner's response time was exceptional. The property was very well prepared, stocked with towels and dishes. The hot tub was great.
Negative: There weren't any major issues or huge dislikes about our stay. If I have to mention one little thing, the couches could use a little more support. But that isn't even that bad of a thing. Our stay was plagued by high winds, and I can't fault the property for that.

Positive: The location was so beautiful and the house had a lot of amenities. The kitchen was really well-stocked with equipment. We went for Thanksgiving and they basically had everything we needed to prepare our dinner — including a potato masher and meat thermometers. The game room was fun as well. The beds were quite comfortable. Great coffee provided as well as a basket of snacks. We had deer visitors every day. It's just a few minutes drive from downtown Buena Vista, but with plenty of solitude. We didn't have kids, but they had games for kids too.
Negative: The keypad to get in didn't work when we arrived (battery seemed to be dead), but they immediately responded and gave us the code to the lock box to get a physical key. The dishwasher was a little glitchy as well. Several times, it turned itself off after a few minutes, but we eventually got it to work. Would be great to have a free outlet by the bed (had to unplug the clock) and a few more hooks around.
