Summary: My room wasn’t cleaned, there was a pile Of dirt swept by the door, the floors weren’t cleaned, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, th bedding smelled like animal, the room had odor.. I only stayed long enough to take a nap and even that was disturbed by people yelling in the hallway. I would have asked for a refund or some of my money back but I just wanted to get out of there.

Summary: Our room was fairly clean but some of the hallways and doors were very dirty. The electricity in our room went out around 1am and it was not fixed until late morning. The complimentary airport shuttle was on time and the driver was ver helpful

Summary: It was clean, comfortable, and staff friendly. Key card for door didn’t work most of the time. No blinds or drapes just thin sheer drapes.

Summary: Wasn't too bad for the price. However, not the cleanest by any means. Standing water in the shower with used towel hanging on the door. This may have just been bad luck, but the hallways were dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful though.

Summary: Nice hotel. Close to airport. Hallway noise seemed louder than normal, perhaps due to our room location (124). Our showerhead was in need of replacement, but aside from that it was a decent hotel for the price. Would consider staying again at a reasonable price.

Summary: Our check-in was fine and the hotel stay was average. I was told to come back the next day to put a request in for shuttle service to the airport and be put on the list as a result. I did take the time to come down early in the next morning And make that request and have the hotel clerk write it down. When I arrived the next morning for the shuttle, the counter clerk on duty stated that my name and companions were not on the list. That was very frustrating. Luckily we made it to the airport in time to catch our flight.

Summary: The airport shuttle was on time and driver was very pleasant. The hotel room floor was funky, the shower had mildew caulking around the tub, and the traffic next to the room was very loud all night. However, the staff were all very nice and helpful!
