Voted a top three hotel by the Colorado Springs Gazette readers, the property is 0.9 mi from Garden of the Gods and 4.3 mi from Pikes Peak Highway. Features include free bikes for guest use, seasonal outdoor heated pool, volleyball court. Lobby bar features all Colorado craft beer, wine and spirits with daily happy hour and complimentary concerts most days of the week. All 47 unique rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. Each room features an private bathroom, and select rooms offer kitchenettes and full kitchens. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are provided in each room. All rooms have been newly remodeled with bicycle themed decor. The rooms are clean and modern, with hard flooring and in room bike racks on the walls for traveling cyclists. You don't need to be a cyclist to stay, but we offer all guests an opportunity to try out our free bikes and ride the local trails. A spacious picnic area with barbecue facilities is available for functions. Free continental breakfast is served daily. Pikes Peak Highway and Cave of the Winds are 10 minutes' drive from the motel. Positive: First time staying here and I absolutely loved it!! This was one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I loved staying in the glamping tents! The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well here. This place has a great feeling of community. I'll look forward to staying here again when I return to the Springs.
Negative: The shared bathroom facilities were a little messy, but honestly still better than expected.

Positive: The size of the room was great for three people, Mini Fridge, coffee maker, and microwave very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Being walking distance from the free shuttle rides into Manitou, and a great cantina called Amanda's, was a nice bonus! Great pool, horse stables next door, and the rustic charm were extra icing on the cake!

Positive: We stayed for the fun and spirit of the area. Bikes to borrow, walking paths to Manitou, a cozy, friendly bar with music and food trucks, yoga on Saturday’s and a wonderful heated pool. This vintage hotel provided a clean room that suited our all our needs and provided hot waffles for breakfast.

Negative: Office staff gave a couple the key to my room about an hour after I check in, so they walked in on me laying on the bed checking messages on my phone. We were both unnerved. Poor process. No real apology or compensation from the staff, they laughed it off.

Positive: The live music was fantastic as was having a bar right at the venue. It was so easy to walk to our room after enjoying both. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly. Large comfortable room.
