Each bedroom has a large closet and is nicely appointed. The first floor is a great open living space.- You do not need your car--all stores, shops, restaurants
within walking distance--Famous Marvel Homemade Donuts right across the street . Great for family & business meetings, Minimun stay is 7 days--no nightly or weekend rentals, We only rent 4 weeks in the summer.

Summary: As a family of 22, this home was the best we've ever rented. Great layout, plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location, Nice owner, extremely clean, very well maintained.

Summary: We came to this property with 21 of us, 5 different families, it was absolutely perfect! We loved the area- beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, butcher shop, water sports, yoga, near by park for tennis ... everything ! The house was literally PERFECT! So much space. Kitchen well stocked. Tons of bed. Amazing decks and roof deck. Walk to beach. Shed filled with beach chairs and boogie boards. And even bikes! Ample parking. Hot tub bonus! Would for sure go back and highly recommend!!

Summary: This home was spotless clean and had all the kitchen supplies you could ever need. The location was great. Our family truly enjoyed our week stay here. If we come back, we’d absolutely would love to stay here again.

Summary: Something for everyone. From kids having their own 3rd floor with bunk beds to happy hour a few steps away at the oyster bar for the adults . Beautiful accommodations! Plenty of everything you need from towels to chairs. Hot tub great to finish the day !!!

Summary: The property is beautiful with a nice yard, fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The rooms were lovely and the space gave people a chance to spread out or be together at different points in the day. The decks were fabulous and the beach needs were meet with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. Helen was great to work with- easygoing and responsive, a rare combination. Highly recommend this property for larger or multiple families.

Summary: This is the perfect house for large extended families! It was the cleanest house we've ever rented on LBI. We all loved that we did not need to lug linens, towels, and beach chairs with us, especially since some of our family was flying in. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. And the ice maker was a big hit! The set up lends itself to great family time and we spent the evenings playing games and just enjoying each others company. The location is great and we were able to ride our bikes anywhere we wanted to go. The owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We were a little worried about parking when we first got there, since there were 6 cars mostly large ones but never had any issues finding parking right out front. Our whole family agreed we would definitely rent this house again.

Summary: My family and I spent 4th of July week in this beautiful home. We are a large group but we didn’t feel crowded at all. Our favorite things were three levels of decks, the fire pit with adirondack chairs, who can forget, the large open living space for family gathering. We enjoyed family breakfasts at the center island and dinners at the beautiful dining room table. It was the ideal location for our large, active family. There are so many amenities to boast about. The owners were more than gracious. We highly recommend this home!

Summary: What an experience in this amazing home!! Not only is this house located in a perfect spot, the amount of room it has is amazing. We had all of our family , 23 of us and plenty of room and stuff to do. The younger kids loved the hot tub and having s'mores late at night in front. Adults love the decks and walking distance to bars, restaurants. This home is so well maintained and you feel so comfortable in there!!! Also you don't have to bring your own towels, sheets , what a pleasure. I would recommend this home to EVERYONE!!!!! Thanks The Lloyd family

Summary: This house was perfect for our big family vacation (4 couples, 9 kids). It was very well equipped for everything you would need for a week at the beach -- towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook many meals. It was a great location, and overall we had a fantastic week.

Summary: This house is a block from the beach and 6 blocks from the bay. There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The house's kitchen is large and has 2 dishwashers and a huge refrigerator/freezer. Elevator access made vacationing with my wheelchair Mom a breeze. My Grandson and my family enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The house is newly built with lots of privacy for my extended family. I look forward to booking again for the 2016 season.
