We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
• We welcome responsible, respectful guests who value our homes as much as we do. All reservations are subject to our standard screening and verification process to ensure the best experience for both guests and homeowners.
• Pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation. Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
• NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
• Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 22 guests is $150 more per person per night .
• Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250 per person per night
• No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
• Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.

Summary: WoW! The views were amazing from every room in the home! The pool was perfect and overlooked the city; day or night, it was breathtaking. The blue kitchen was fun and well equipped for the chefs in our group. This was a work retreat; everyone had their own space to relax if they needed some alone time, and we had plenty of rooms to gather and enjoy each other company and have meetings. The shades were so cool, you felt like a rock star putting them up and down- and they kept the rooms cool during the day. Tons of towels, TV's and comfortable beds and furniture. I will miss the views, it was truly a once in a lifetime experience for me and my team.

Summary: Everything was Devine, we had a couple of mishaps but Tyler took care of it. We especially loved the maid service that came in during our stay, and replenished towels and such. Would definitely come back!

Summary: We've stayed at a number of homes in the area and this home was wonderful. The outdoor entertaining space was excellent. The home was clean and had plenty of bedrooms. The only one negative was that the lounge chairs in the media room did not recline which made watching a movie in that space difficult.

Summary: The house was rented for a family Christmas gathering. This is a beautiful home with amazing views. All but one bedroom has an en-suite. Bedrooms are large and most have a seating area within so you have extra room. Beds are extremely comfortable and amenities are very nice. Kitchen is fantastic to cook in. Would have been nice to have another full size oven but realistically it was perfect. Plenty of dishes available and huge fridge. Living spaces are great. We mostly used the dining area and living spaces attached because they were so convenient to the kitchen and outside area. Very comfortable seating. Theater room was a highlight. It’s built into camelback mountain. The projector worked great for streaming movies. Chairs were very comfy and most reclined (20 seats total maybe). Outside has tons of seating and the pool and hot tub were beautiful. Pretty grass area and amazing views. A few things to be aware of, lots (lots!) of stairs. Main level has steps up and down to many different rooms, watch your step and make kiddos aware. To the theater steps are steep and not regular length so watch your step. You cannot hook up gaming systems in the theater. Some chairs don’t recline in theater. Grill is very hard to light but eventually it will. WiFi can be finicky but we are a tech family and lots of devices connected. Daily housekeeping was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. So nice to have this as part of the stay. We also used the concierge for food shopping prior to arrival and to find a temp nanny for a day. Fantastic services provided. Very thorough on shopping and the nanny for a day was extremely professional and caring of the kids. Rental agency was great to work with. Very professional and responded to questions in a timely manner. Overall fantastic home. I would highly recommend.
