Positive: מיקום טוב בדרך לאגם קומן, כשעה נסיעה. זה מתחם של שלוש יחידות עם חצר וחנייה פרטית ששייך למתחם המסעדה הצמוד , שם מוגשת ארוחת הבוקר בגינה יפה עם פינות משחק לילדים. בעלת המקום מקסימה וסייעה בהזמנת השיט לנהר השאלה ואגם קומן (כדאי להערך לגשם גם בימי הקיץ) וגם הקדימה עבורינו את ארוחת הבוקר כדי שנספיק להגיע בזמן לשייט. ממול למתחם יש מכבסה שפתוחה עד תשע בערב בעלות של 6.5 ארו לקילו כביסה, ובעלת במקום סייעה שנקבל את הכביסה עוד באותו היום .
Negative: אהבנו הכל, יש לקחת בחשבון שהיחידה מעט קטנה למשפחה.

Positive: השירות האישי של בעלת הבית היה מצויין ושמחה לסייע לנו. הארוחה הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה מאוד. במתחם בעלת הבית מפעילה מסעדה מקומית מצליחה וארוחת הערב היתה לנו טעימה מאוד ומשתלמת במיוחד כך גם מחיר החדר.

Positive: The breakfast was served outdoors. It was in the Albanian tradirion with lots of delicacies. We stayed in two of the three A-frame units in a nice green garden setting right next to the compund with the main restaurant. There is plenty of parking space available in a gated area.
Negative: The A-frame chalets have a nice architecture and are well appointed in terms of furniture and bathroom features. Unfortunately the beds are upstairs. It would seem that to have the beds downstairs would make more sense from a space usage and proximity to the bathroom point of view.
Summary: A combination of Albanian tradition and modern comfort in a good size park like setting.

Positive: Charming, clean cottages. A great base for exploring Komoni Lake, Shkodra, and the surrounding area. Close to nice beaches. Behind the fence is the owner's restaurant with delicious food and very friendly service. The owner is very nice and helpful!!! We warmly greet you and strongly encourage everybody to visit this place.

Positive: Brand new modern A frame cottage with en-suite bathroom, deck with outside seating,private garden and on-site parking. The restaurant next door served us an amazing breakfast and we also ate lunch and dinner there.
Negative: The property has just been built and there are a few things that still need to be finished - like connecting the TV and installing the light fitting in the bathroom. One safety feature that needs to be addressed is the sharp edges on the metal spiral staircase that could cause injury. A fridge is provided but it is empty. It would be helpful if water and glasses were provided and a kettle with tea and coffee would be an excellent addition.
