Positive: I really appreciated the cleanliness and how well-maintained the property was. The Owner was courteous and responsive, and the amenities made the stay very comfortable. I liked how quiet the hotel was. The design was modern but warm, and the Owner made me feel genuinely welcome. Thank you, Great service, clean rooms, and a convenient location.

Positive: Our stay at BULA VIP LOUNGE was not as smooth as we had hoped. We arrived later than expected (around 5 PM) and due to the rain, we couldn’t use the swimming pool or spa. There were quite a lot of policies, especially regarding extra guests, though I appreciated that they didn’t charge extra for my infant. However, the atmosphere at night was quite noisy, which disturbed our rest. Overall, it was an average experience and could be improved with better management and more guest-friendly policies.
Negative: Our check-in was delayed, and because of the rain, we couldn’t use the swimming pool or spa. There were too many strict policies about extra guests. At night, the environment was very noisy. The room was not properly cleaned, the cupboards had a bad smell, and there were cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable.
