Welcome to Bungalow on the Bay!
The Space:
Nestled on Weller's Bay in Lake Ontario, only a 2 hour drive from down-town Toronto. This spacious, fully renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom bungalow is waiting for your family and friends to create memories with its open concept plan, and large deck overlooking the water. The lake-front is walk-in depth, perfect for young children.
True chef's kitchen and large breakfast area with lots of natural light and gorgeous lake views is the perfect gathering spot.
The bungalow home features walkouts from the master bedroom, front hall, and living room onto a huge deck overlooking 110 feet of waterfront. A screened-in veranda room is a great addition for dining outdoors or after dinner card games. An expansive front yard, and shaded back yard leave plenty of room for outdoor games and play time.
The water on Weller’s Bay is calm, shallow and protected from wind. It is ideal for kayaking or canoe enthusiasts. Enjoy fishing off the extended dock or swimming in the crystal clear water. (Water shoes are recommended for comfort as there is a pebbled bottom.) The sandy North Beach provincial park is only 10 minutes away, and a park pass is provided with stay.

Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.

A rental agreement with Places in PEC is required to be signed, it is an e-signature document that will be sent though the booking channel, please check your spam folder. Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

Summary: Pleasant and clean with ample indoor space. Beautiful waterfront and many amenities included for infants/toddlers (pack and play, booster seat, stroller, baby bath). The water access is not a walk-in situation, you need to get down from the dock or from the retaining wall and there is no ladder to get back out. Would recommend using the provincial park beaches instead for swimming with kids. Great spot, very comfortable, host company made everything smooth and easy.

Summary: Our stay was lovely. Cottage was immaculate and the location was quiet and beautiful. My only recommendation would be to tell people where to find the ramp to get into the water. We didn’t find it until day 3. Even better, would be to leave the ramp in place…it’s very heavy. Thanks. It was a terrific place.

Summary: Bungalow on the Bay was really cute. We needed up getting stuck inside on Saturday and there were tons of games and lots to do. The big kitchen and living room made for a great indoor place. When we finally went out the backyard and boats were sooo fun. Although the indoors were really tidy and clean, the outdoors were covered with spider webs and bugs including all the entry doors. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: What a beautiful property!! The view is gorgeous. The house is really fabulous and totally comfortable for our 2 families and it met our every need!!! It’s perfectly equipped, both inside and out, down to the 3 kayaks and the games for the kids. It’s location is perfect for our many trips all over the County. WE WILL BE BACK!!!
