Negative: Cockroaches in property and just outside. Very noisy right by the heated pool. People jumping in early hours of the morning. Needs updating with air conditioning. Far too hot. Fans do not keep it cool and at night you have to have door open but there are people partying and very noisy place until early hours.

Positive: We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything was just like in the pictures – the pool was clean, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. We chose the HB option (breakfast and dinner), with many choices available at each meal, so everyone always found something they liked. Dinner was available until late. There was a free shuttle bus to the beach in Playa del Inglés. It was also close to a supermarket, taxi stand, and bus stop. The staff was friendly, and there was a convenient snack bar available.
