3 Bedroom House in Whangamata

Main house : 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (sleeps 8)
Sleep out: 2 rooms, 1 bathroom (sleeps 9)
The sleep out can only be rented as an addition to renting the main house, and will be an extra charge. Which will vary depending on numbers.
We are located down the end of a quiet road, right next to the marina. The beach house almost has all the comforts of home. It is a 2 min walk to the harbour/ playground and boat ramp, 5 min walk to town/ wharf and surf beach. Theres room outside for kids to play, car/ boat parking etc.
The marina has now been completed. Next to the bark garden (which belongs to the council) there is a small ditch it only has water in it during heavy rain and very high tides. Please refer to photos for better look. (just wanted to let people know who have small children)
Special conditions:
There is limited bedding and towels, as spares for you. But you will need to be washed and hung out before departure.
Please leave the bach tidy, and remove all rubbish. Cleaners will come in to clean.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$50.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);

Summary: Great home felt homley to stay in, kids had a great time even though the weather was bad one of our days there was plenty of board games for the kids to be kept entertained. Huge area for the kids to playoutside

Summary: Our whānau of 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 under 8 stayed for 4 nights. We were totally shocked by the amount of space we had. The back room was a pleasant surprise. Pros: Space, heaps of kitchen utensil’s, parking. Cons: place is run down and needs some TLC (especially the back room bathroom, lots of mold on shower curtain, sink pulling away from the wall etc.) there seems to be a leak from the washing machine or sink area in main house? Recommendations: new shower curtain for back room (2 shop even!) and some cheap easy DIY around the place. Our bins were full prior to us arriving but was sorted with some great communication
