Positive: The hotel's cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, the facilities are very comfortable and high-quality, the location is excellent, furthermore the place is quiet and peaceful. You can truly relax after a long and active day.

Negative: Very high price for a doggy, in my opinion. Usually, I'd paid much less or nothing at all but maybe this is standard price for a dog in Austria. I don't know, it was the only surprise for me.

Positive: This was our second stay in winter and the location is top. Just a short walk to the start of the ski lifts, and you can leave your ski gear in dedicated hotel lockers at the lift so you don't have to carry it backwards and forwards. The hotel and holiday apartments are all immaculately clean, very spacious and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The kids play room near the breakfast area is a great little feature too. The breakfast is fantastic and there are even plenty of gluten free options for Coeliacs on request (including the best GF croissants we've found since the diagnosis). I have to say the area looks like a great place to visit during summer and autumn as well.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Idealic winter holiday and coeliac/gluten free friendly.

Positive: Amazing hospitality, very good breakfast, comfortable apartment and very nice place and view . Bar and snakes are usually available in reception.

Negative: About 7-8 minutes walk uphill to gondola is compensated by close to gondola lockers provided by hotel.

Positive: The hotel is new and spotlessly clean Very rich breakfast The rooms are big The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need

Negative: The location is a bit distant from the gondola (7-10) minutes walk but there are lockers available right near the lift…so not a big deal I read in some previous comments that there is an option to use sauna facilities after the check out so you can take the shower after the skiing…but not this time. We’ve been refused. So we asked to change our ski pass (to cancel the last day) and this was also impossible due to the fact that it was purchased in the hotel. We were informed that in case of buying it directly in the kasse next to gondola there is an option for refund…but again not in our case.
