Positive: The property was very clean, and is in a perfect location. Newbo is a fun neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and a market. It was easy to check-in, and there was more than enough parking to accommodate our group. The kitchen is also fully stocked, and the appliances and bathrooms are very new.
Negative: I booked this property specifically to have lots of comfortable space for a reunion with old friends. When we arrived, we discovered that the listing was extremely inaccurate: there are only TWO bedrooms (instead of three) and FOUR beds (instead of five.) We messaged the property, as we had clearly listed the number of guests and there was not sufficient space without the additional bedroom. Their excuse was that Booking won't let them change the listing, but they'd sent a long check-in message to us prior to check-in not addressing the discrepancy. They were rude and defensive throughout, and I was very dissatisfied by their customer service. Don't book this property if your party has more than 4 people.
Summary: Great location and clean/new space, but inaccurate listing and poor customer service.

Positive: Cool layout and included needed amenities--coffee, towels, soap, etc. Clean and comfortable, our group especially liked the bedding and mattresses. Appreciated the ease of safe and close parking options--garage and nearby lot.
Negative: Privacy in between houses--the backyard is awesome but sunny in the morning and the front porch provided a nice spot to unwind and drink coffee but didn't feel comfortable using because a couple staying next door was also on the front porch. Also, as far as location, we stayed on a Thursday night. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and not much available after 10pm if you were looking to socialize. But that can also be a good thing if you were looking for something quiet!
Summary: Nice spot to rest our heads after a night of socializing with friends!
