Positive: No breakfast. Location okay. Bed good, 2 people 1 chair made our stay uncomfortable, no table/chairs, so just a bed and shower place certainly not somewhere to spend a few days. Price excessive $153

Negative: Chair each would be good.

Positive: Comfortable bed, spotless room, friendly helpful staff, great food and prices and caters for dietary needs. Under cover parking.

Negative: No table or chairs in room, so no where to sit and enjoy coffee or have takeaways. Only bedding was a doona.. no alternative for those who sleep hot, eg blanket. A microwave instead of coffee machine would be more useful to heat milk, leftovers, etc.

Summary: Spotless and comfortable.
