Summary: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great area to be able to explore Farnham and has easy parking. My room was comfortable and clean and had all I could need.

Summary: The bathroom smelled unpleasant - kind of like cabbage? And there were no tea bags for us to make ourselves a drink in the morning. This stay felt vastly different to our last stay and it was sad that the different room types have quite such a disparity in quality

Summary: The Bush Farnham is a really lovely welcoming hotel particularly at Christmas time. We stayed overnight after visiting Farnham for Christmas shopping. The fires were lit, there was mulled wine, the staff were friendly and the place was festively decorated. It was really lovely. Our vintage room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and we were looking forward to a great night sleep. Unfortunately from about 11:30 pm onwards the Night Manager who was below our room was noisy all night - talking very loudly, sneezing proper man-sneezes at the top of his voice, sighing as loud as he possibly could, banging drawers, doors goodness knows what, talking to I don’t know who all night, again at the top of his voice. The sound carried all the way through the floor, and even with earplugs in, I did not get a wink of sleep. Hence the 4 stars. It was such a shame because everything else at the hotel, including the fabulous buffet breakfast the next day was incredible, and as I said all the other staff were amazing and helpful and friendly. So all I can say is, I will be visiting again, I just won’t be staying in room 243 and the night manager needs to learn about an indoor-people-are-sleeping voice.

Summary: The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Tea. Offer available as was a nespresso machine. Bathroom had high end toiletries. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel
