Positive: The lodge is located in Lochranza a small and peaceful population in the north of the island, we didn't see any shops and there were only a couple of bars in the village but this wasn't a problem for us . Cath and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was on the small side but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was renovated, fresh and clean. We also got to see the deer grazing at dusk on the golf course right in front of our window. Dinner and breakfast were excellent!

Positive: Everything exceeded expectations. The bedroom was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet location with excellent views. The food was always fresh and expertly cooked. I also enjoyed fresh milk in the bedroom and high quality coffee and tea/bags. The owners were always attentive and helpful.
