Positive: The apartment is located very near to the tram/bus stop. Very convenient to reach the centre of Milan and the railway station. The bedroom is spacious and there's a lot of space for the clothes and belongings in the separate wardrobe room. The kitchen is also good, it was nice to have breakfast, prepared by ourselves. The bathroom is bright and with enough space as well.

Negative: It was a bit noisy due to the nearby railway. Also the toilet paper and other amenities weren't filled out for awhile (we were staying there for 5 nights). Maybe that little thing might be improved so guests don't bother about buying some additional stuff in the supermarket.

Positive: The apartment was clean, spotless and pretty modern.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the host took 24hrs to respond to my initial message, that was sent 1 day before my arrival and I only got my instructions on how to get in to the apartment when I was about to take off from my home airport. I wasnt sure if she was gonna answer at all, and I started looking into other apartments at the airport, which is not how anyone wants to start their vacation. Any information that she acknowledged my message would be welcome, so at least I have a peace of mind that someone is expecting me. I didn't like that the actual apartment is a bit smaller that it looks like on the picture. I find the " self check in" quite impersonal, as I've never seen anyone from the apartment. There was no "welcome letter" in the apartment, or any written info once i got there to explain how things work in the apartment, since there was no host to explain how things work. The blinds kept closing in the middle of the night on their own, which kept waking me up at 1:30 am. They would lift up on their own again at 7:30 again waking me up. The system to open the doors is unreliable as it is an online link.. Luckily, apartment door had a code, so I could use the code all the time, however the main entrance had to be done through the link. I got locked out twice. Once was in the middle of the day, and that was fine as someone was passing by and let me in. The second time it was not so pleasant, as it was almost 11pm and I could not get into the building. I do understand that check out is at 10am, however considering check in is at 3pm, I find it very disrespectful and impersonal to send the who I believe was the cleaning lady at 10:10, to "kick me out".
