Positive: Beautiful location, easy to get to, and not too far from local amenities and sight-seeing places. Fabulous part of the world, lovely cottage which was very comfortable and well-stocked for games/books/TV/internet/kitchen equipment etc, and hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: It’s a beautiful cottage with everything we needed. Tastefully decorated, very clean, great location, everything was perfect. Situated a short drive to the local towns and coast, great location.

Positive: Lovely cottage, well decorated with comfortable bed and large walk in shower. Fully stocked kitchen with a welcome basket of goodies. Off road parking and a lovely seating area in the sunshine. Large TV with satellite channels. A very quiet location but easy to get to all the local villages and towns. The owner lives at the house at the back so I felt safe being on my own. Two fabulous golf courses within a short drive and lots of coastal walks to follow. Would certainly book this property again.
Negative: Nothing, it was perfect for me.

Positive: Cottage internally very good. Parking next to cottage.
Negative: The cottage [very good inside] but has considerable traffic noise and is right on the main road [maybe twelve feet?] from Huntley to Banff. This for me was an issue not apparent from the information / photos supplied on booking. This was very evident in the front sitting room, main front bedroom [I slept in the back bedroom as a result] and the garden. Traffic does quieten overnight. I have tried to be fair about my review and told the owner. Maybe for others this would not be an issue.
Summary: Cottage internally very good, and owners very pleasant. Proximity to road, traffic noise an issue.
