Positive: The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.
Summary: Highly recommeded if you want to make your stay in Rome truely special.
