By the Sea is a near new 3 bedroom apartment stay, tailored to ensure you have everything you need to relax and enjoy this little slice of Kiwi paradise. Situated with stunning views overlooking beautiful Coopers Beach, just an easy minutes stroll away. Centrally located for all the attractions of the area, you'll enjoy beachside living that includes great swimming, fishing, kayaking, local cafes and eateries as well as shopping facilities. Our property was recently fitted with new furniture throughout, from the beds to the kitchen appliances to the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy alfresco dining on the deck while you soak up the views. This property is downstairs of a two story residential home with fully private entry and amenities as well as on site parking. Please note the kitchen is not furnished with an oven however available is a hob, microwave, electric frypan and bbq.

Summary: We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to just relax or even as a place to stay as a launch point to visit the different areas of the far north. Whether you're going to Kaitaia or even Cape Reinga or heading down to Kerikeri this beautiful home is in the perfect spot to access the whole region. The home itself has beautiful views of the water especially when sitting on the front deck having a coffee or tea and even breakfast, and it is only a two minute walk to an amazing beach where there is plenty of space to enjoy the day. All the basic amenities are available including a washer/dryer, coffee make and a smart tv. All the beds are comfortable and well fitted with quality linens. We will absolutely re-book here and enjoy our time whether for a day or two or extended out to a week or more. You will love it here.
