Positive: Lovely historical home with period furniture that makes you feel at home in a different time. The bedroom and bath are huge and comfortable, and the homey common rooms and outdoor porch are available for your use as well. The reading material in the living room was especially interesting and explained the philosophy behind the enigmatic name of the property!
Negative: All was great. Would have loved to have some sort of breakfast provided since it is in a fairly remote location and the setting is so beautiful, but we did notice that there was a toaster and silverware available, so guests can bring their own food to enjoy.

Positive: This stay was SO incredibly charming. The owners were unbelievably kind and flexible. Our room, the "Iris" looked like a picturesque French hotel - it was quaint, clean, beautifully designed, and had the most ADORABLE touches for guests. Highly highly recommend.
Negative: The only thing that could have even been improved is the access to outlets in the room. I know it's an old home, but having more outlets near the bed would have been nice for our phones and fan.
