Positive: It is quite well-placed, less than 10 min to the centre, the station and so on. It has the needed facilities.

Negative: The smell in the bathroom and in the flat. In spite of having the windows open, the old smell goes into your clothes. I missed an hair dryer. The window nereby the bed does not close properly, so wind comes when you sleep.

Summary: Well-placed propriety, but not a convincing value for money.
