Summary: The location was perfect and we loved our little balcony. Parking was available next door. The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee was some of the best I've had in a while. I would say the hotel should coordinate with hotels.com to clarify number of people in a queen bed unit. Hotels.com says it accommodates three but it really should be only two. Fortunately, I call ahead and they were able to provide a cot for my 12 y/o. She said it was comfortable and loved it; basically, it works for a kid. We stayed at multiple locations on our 12 day trip and this is probably our favorite hotel. We loved it!

Summary: My husband and I always stay here when we're in town (we live just outside of Ottawa). It's a great location. Good size rooms, and there's rooms with balconies. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Summary: Clean, comfortable hotel in the city. Spacious room, loved the freezer and refrigerator and we had a balcony! Street parking or paid garage parking.

Summary: Steps to Byward market area and Byward Square. The kitchenette was well equipped and the staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast had lots of variety. The hotel was quiet at night but we found the beds uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay.
