Negative: maintenance issue with running toilet constantly.

Positive: Breakfast was great, all hot food cooked freshly in front of you, dinner in the evening was fabulous, so much choice, pool area /sun beds were fab, plenty of shade if you wanted it, staff very friendly and so helpful.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like but we would have loved a little entertainment at night, even just somebody playing the piano, also it would be great if there was just one English speaking TV channel.

Positive: Large hotel, very nice design with different statues, tables, and other accessories. Clean room, has all amenities (except toothbrush and toothpaste). Did not visit the pool, but are a looked fancy with amazing view on the ocean. My room had a view on the ocean - it's crazy cool! Big bed and quite a big sofa definitely could accommodate a family of 3 and most likely 2 kids could even fit a sofa, so bear in mind 1 standard room for the whole family might be an option.
Negative: Breakfast is quite limited on options, quality of juice could be better. Too busy and not easy to navigate area. Automated check-in and check-out process (like at Hilton) would significantly reduce waiting time. Almost open-spaced bathroom is a bit controversial if you stay with a family, for 1 person absolutely fine though.

Positive: The hotel was beautiful, the pools, spa and views over the beach are absolutely lovely.
Negative: Unfortunately came across a rude staff member. We ate lunch at the pool restaurant and I ordered fish of the day. It was sea bass on the bone and unfortunately I was unable to get half off the bone and realised this half was raw in some places and overall undercooked. I reported it to the waiting staff immediately and they offered to ask the chief to put it back on the grill. At this point the fish was in pieces and I could not think of anything worse than having it recooked. I declined. There was no apology no offer for alternative food or a new meal. I had to ask 3 time for the meal to be taken away and felt ignored. They provided us with the bill and asked me to pay full price for the fish I could not eat. I told them i will not be paying full price. They sent out another person who proceeded to stand over me stating I ate half the meal so why am I complaining. If it was raw I should have eaten it and that I need to pay. He raised his voice, was aggressive and confrontational in front of a full restaurant. I was extremely embarrassed and upset. Poor quality customer service from a 4 star hotel restaurant. Never in my life have I been treated like this especially after being served raw food! We later complained to the manager who offered an apology and two complementary drinks.

Positive: Stayed in a studio, great and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, add it if you're unsure as we had not added and had to pay each morning that we decided to eat which was quite expensive compared to paying at time of booking. Would definitely recommend and also return myself!
Negative: Strong smell of Bleach in the room constantly, I guess this would be a positive in some instances but it was very strong. The shower nob to change from handheld shower head to the shower head above was broken. Maintance had to come to change it for me and I had to leave it as is for the remainder as it was too stiff to change back. Cleaners could not do it either clearly as once it was done it was left that way and shower was not cleaned properly. 2 very small things that didn't really affect our stay.
