Positive: Good value for the money. The room was clean. It is close to the subway station. Easy check-in and check-out. The parking lot is a plus.

Negative: I didn't like the smell from the hallway. It smelled like cigarettes. The walls are thin. You can hear the people in the other rooms. The room needs some renovation.
