Positive: A family owned boutique place hidden in plain sight, that feels more like a villa with staff so kind and hospitable, as well as very helpful. It's been some time since they opened, yet they managed to preserve it in honorable conditions. Plenty of small, hedonistic, useful treats planted as surprises in my room during the day which made my return to my room an x-mas morning under the tree, every time. Complimenti to the invisible people attending and cleaning the room, all the time. The complementary pastries (from their own shop) that would pop up in my room were such a devilish temptation. Breakfast is not your average in a hotel, from a la carte orders prepared by the chef to the bites and food presented very thoughtful and crafted. A nod the the kitchen for the diner service, too - didn't expect for the fine dine kind of food that I have experienced. They made sure it won't be my last visit at C-hotel.

Negative: The mosquitos in my room have terrorized me. You ought to find an elegant solution against that, in line with the hotel's curated approach. The room's small pool is rather a nice to have view than usable, being cold, uncleaned and showing its age.

Positive: This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — from the modern design and spacious rooms to the outstanding spa and facilities. The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and made the stay unforgettable. Every detail in the hotel shows high quality and luxury.

Negative: Honestly, I didn’t face any issues at all. The only point is that it’s very expensive, but in my opinion the experience and quality justify the price.

Summary: The best hotel experience of my life — pure luxury, perfect service, and absolutely worth the price.

Positive: The hotel is more than outstanding at every level! If you want to stay close to Como, Bellagio, Lugano and Milan - this is your place. Its super comfortable, stylish, with huge rooms, amazing relax zone and rhe food.. is OMG! The breakfast is very high quality of everything. And the dinner.. the dinner is outstanding! Not only for the food, but for the service and amazing Maxx (sorry if im wrong with your name)! Thank you, Maxx, for all lovely dinners, for your outstanding service, for the best desserts that you give us and for that you are there every night! We definitely miss you! The Chef in the kitchen is one of best that we ever met. Thanks to all you guys for your hospitality, for the room upgrade, for all gifts that you give us every day and for everything. We were stayed to a lot of places and in one of most amazing hotels in the world, but this one will stay in our hearts with all these amazing people and we will definitely visit again!
