Summary: Excellent hospitality by the resort staff. Food menu has sufficient vegetarian options. Superb beach to relax and recharge and exciting water activities at the resort.

Summary: The staff have all been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our stay here so very special. We were celebrating our honeymoon and also staying with our family. Special thanks to Vella, Naresh, Deepak, Anasthasia and all of the teams - you have been wonderful. Summary: Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze.

Summary: We had a beachfront room with ocean view which was lovely. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Food was fabulous, plenty of choice and great quality. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from at the pool and on the beach, never any shortage. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was generally very efficient. There were a few minor niggles. The online check in process didn't work smoothly. It was not clear whether the passport upload had worked or not. Nevertheless we were still able to check in early and our room was ready well ahead of the official check in time. We were astonished to find that our all inclusive package did not include any sparking wines at all, even though it did include about 30-40 different wines. However a chat with the Bar manager soon resolved this positively which we appreciated very much. However, getting a glass of the sparkling wine was a bit of a faf, always having to ask the sommelier who then had to fetch it from the locked wine room!! Another slight niggle was always having to ask the staff in the beach bar for the umbrellas by the pool to be opened (they were large and required a special handle which was kept by the staff) and often there was some delay because they were serving - it would have been better for them to be put up automatically first thing in the morning rather than waiting for someone to ask every time. Despite these minor niggles we had a wonderful time at C.Mauritius and would highly recommend it.

Summary: From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Everyone was so friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. Special mention to Vima, Vanishree and Deepak who made the stay special. The room was excellent and was kept spotlessly clean by Lourdes. We look forward to coming back soon!

Summary: Great all-inclusive hotel on the east coast of Mauritius + Beautiful and well-maintained complex + Due to its decentralized design, it doesn´t feel really big + Modern and very clean room with many amenities (we had a Deluxe Beachfront Room) + Great view of the sea from the balcony + Varied and delicious food selection (local & international cuisine) + Beautiful beach/sea right in front of the room/hotel + Washed-up seaweed is removed every morning by the staff + Plenty of sun loungers available on the beach/pool area + Three beautiful pools with enough space for swimming + Pleasant spa area with sauna & hamam + Opportunity to play tennis, paddle tennis, and bocce etc. + Special requests such as late check-out were granted easily + Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel - As it is located on the east coast, there is not much to do/see in the nearby area (not the hotel's fault) - As it is located on the east coast, the wind is significantly stronger there and can sometimes be a bit cold (not the hotel's fault) We can fully recommend C Mauritius. We had a great time there. You just need to be aware of the two “negative” aspects.
