Positive: Infinity pool is very relaxing as well as the Spa area and Treatments. We also enjoyed the Paddle experience which was included.
Negative: We didn’t like that the staff was not friendly, the AC wasn’t working properly, and the overall service was quite poor. The location also wasn’t very convenient, which made the stay less comfortable.

Positive: Everything was great at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Special mention goes to: Atish, Biness, and Akshay at the bars, Vima, and Jay of the main restaurant, and the sommeliers Wadie, Damien and Abileis and the Wok N Roll restaurant staff. The secluded, but central location, away from more touristic areas, was great for a quiet and relaxing vacation and yet very easily accessible to everywhere on the island if needed. Never experienced such an excellent all-inclusive option anywhere, which is a must. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay, and they simply went out their way to make it special.

Positive: The hotel was wonderful. The beach, the room, and everything else were excellent. During our stay, there were 1–2 days of bad weather with rain, but this didn’t affect us at all since we enjoyed the pool, spa, and other facilities. The Asian restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic — the staff serving at the table were incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. The teams at the other restaurants and bars were also outstanding. The grill, pizza, and pasta stations were especially good. Although there isn’t an overwhelming variety of food, the quality is very high, and in my opinion, that is more valuable than having lots of options with lower quality. The spa was also great, offering a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. If you’re looking for a calm place to relax, this is truly perfect. There are also activities like kite surfing available (we didn’t try them), but those who did seemed to have a lot of fun
Negative: One minor point: due to rain and wind, seaweed and seagrass sometimes accumulated on the beach, and while it could have been cleaned more frequently, I believe the hotel prefers to keep the natural feel of the environment.
