Summary: Great location. Close enough to easily walk to attractions and dining. Very quiet area (good sleep after a busy day in town). Unit is well maintained and clean.

Summary: My partner and I stayed on the bottom floor of one of these units. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was on stocked with the amenities we needed, especially the coffee! This location was within walking distance of the historic area And multiple restaurants.

Summary: Our third stay! The Flagler neighborhood is perfect.We park our car and don’t move it for the entire week.Restaurants, coffee shops, shops, museums, galleries, all within an easy walk, and we’re in our 70s.

Summary: The location is perfect and very safe. The other vacationers staying there are very pleasant and friendly. Everyone sits on the porch in the morning and evening enjoying it outside. Everything was provided inside. The kitchen is well stocked. Soaps are provided. Extra blankets and plenty of extra towels are provided. Things I would improve is a better cleaner. The smell is extremely strong when first entering and needs to be aired out. I'd upgrade the bedroom furniture to something more substantial. You can buy nice lamps and furniture at consignment stores and Facebook marketplace. And, the pillows were way too thick. I have neck issues and needed a pillow more easy on my neck. The parking area is awesome and I hear there is even laundry facilities but I didn't use it. I mostly kept my car parked there and walked everywhere. Great neighborhood. You can't go wrong with this place. Very clean. The other things I brought up are minor improvements just to make the place feel that much nicer but don't get in the way of the functionality and cleanliness of the place.

Summary: The apartment was extremely clean and accommodating, quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Only drove my vehicle once that’s to go to the outlet store and to an Asian restaurant for our anniversary. Most definitely will be back . Thank you .

Summary: We had all the space and amenities we needed. We were so close to everything downtown we walked almost everywhere on our trip. Checking in and out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay at this property again.
