Summary: We loved our stay at this wonderful place. Two parking spots were super convenient as parking in St. Augustine isn't good. The property is within walking distance to George St. which we loved. The property owner was super responsive and helpful to our questions. The one and only drawback that we could possibly see, is the one bathroom being off the bedroom. For us alone it was not an issue but could be if two couples were sharing. Highly recommend this place!!

Summary: This is our go-to place when we visit St. Augustine. It is walking distance to the Historic district with designated parking spots. Kirsten provides a clean and welcoming place to stay. When we come back to visit, we will stay with here again. :)

Summary: My family and I have stayed at this property a few years prior and decided to come. Ack for fall break. It is in a very walkable area and there is so much to do nearby. We were set to arrive right before hurricane Milton and were afraid we might need to cancel our trip. I contacted the owner and not only did she respond immediately, but she also was incredibly flexible and let us adjust our time and arrive earlier in the weekend so we were still able to have our vacation. I cannot recommend it enough.

Summary: Very simple process. Excellent and kind communication. Rental was spotless, perfectly equipped and in a great location. Walking distance to all of historic St. Augustine. Would absolutely stay there again.
