Summary: We had a nice stay at the house. Big terrace, big rooms and a good starting point for biking and hiking.

Summary: Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist groß, hell aber relativ einfach eingerichtet. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es sauber, auf den zweiten Blick sieht man, dass einiges renovierungsbedürftig ist. In den Duschen sind die Silikonabdichtungen verschimmelt, die Duschwände verkalkt. Toilette, Bidet und Waschbecken sind i.O. Küche groß, ausreichend aber einfach bestückt. Garten sehr hundefreundlich. Anfahrt zum Dorf und Haus sehr spektakulär. Man braucht gute Nerven. Vermieter ist sehr nett.

Summary: Zwei schöne Urlaube dort 2020 und 2019. Tolle Lage und Aussicht! Einrichtung und sonstiges Equipment einfach, aber gut; alles wie beschrieben. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es am Haus irgendein Problem gibt. Verständigung auf Englisch problemlos. Zufahrt auf das Grundstück mit Ford Mondeo Kombi nicht einfach, aber machbar; so ist das eben in Ligurien. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Summary: Das Haus liegt oberhalb der kleinen Ortschaft Civezza, sicher umzäunt mit Einfahrtstor, 3 Parkplätze, schöner Blick über die Dächer auf die Küste und das Meer. Großes Esszimmer für 10 Personen und Küchenzeile, großes Wohnzimmer. Im OG drei Doppelzimmer und ein Dreibettzimmer für unsere Enkel. Sympathischer Vermieter, immer anprechbar. Nette Gasse am Haus vorbei in den Ort. Großer Außenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Leider in der Osterwoche kühl und wenig nutzbar. Kleiner Lebensmittelladen nicht weit vom Haus, ebenso Restaurant Cinque Torri. Reisetipps: Kurvenreiche Straße hinunter ans Meer nach San Lorenzo al Mare (Fahrradverleih, auch Familienräder). Ausflüge östlich nach Imperia und Cervo (Tipp!), westlich Sanremo, Dolceacqua (Ponte Vecchio), Apricale. Wir sind auch nach Monaco gefahren, Zu Fuß entlang dem Stadtkurs der Formel I vom Hafen hinauf zum Fürstenpalast. Schöne Rundwanderung rund um Civezza, beginnend am Haus.
