Positive: Location was excellent and the property was very clean
Negative: Just to be mindful of keeping windows closed as near to the water and we got bitten a lot by mosquitos but that’s just general advice i would give to other travellers not a fault on the property itself.
Summary: Perfect location and spacious property perfect as a base as only used it to sleep

Positive: Great size clean two bedroom apartment across from a quiet park with the living room ‘balcony’ opening up onto a small canal. Fun to see boats and gondola’s go by from time to time. It’s an easy and convenient 8 minute walk from the bus station, very quiet at night, lovely host that met us, cafe’s close by and an easy walk into all the popular areas of Venice. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
Negative: We found the beds very firm, low water pressure in sinks (but shower pressure was good) and ceiling above shower has peeling paint that needs to be fixed. But none of these items would stop me from staying there again!
Summary: It was a lovely oasis from the busy streets of Venice!

Negative: Unfortunately the apartment furniture is quite old, the bed very uncomfortable and the bathroom has walls ruined by humidity.

Positive: Location is great , 20 minutes walk from train station and 10 minutes to bus station. Lots of cafe and restaurants within 5 minutes and close to all main attractions
Negative: Apartment needs update, shower ceiling peeling into the shower. Tiles in the apartment are loose or broken, needs repair. Only one fan was working during hot weather!!

Positive: Loved the size of the property which was well equiped and spacious. Loved the centeral location which made it really easy to get out and about in Venice. Very close to the Grand Canal/ railway and Bus stations. Local row of shops/cafes very close to the property. Service from the property agent Anna was exceptional. Anna met us outside the lettings office which is very close to the property the showed us where it was and handed over the keys and went through a few details.
Negative: Overall the property is very good and would definitly book again. It does however need some maintainance. The ceiling in the Bathroom needs sorting out and replastering. There are a few cracked floor tiles in the kitchen that need replacing as some had sharp edges. Thinking of children running around with bare feet! Although well equiped we could not find any plugs for the kitchen sink so this made washing up challenging. Not to mention water being waisted. If the things I have mentioned are sorted out the property would be exceptional in every way.
Summary: The property is very good but has the potential to be even better with some TLC applied to it.
