Positive: Everything was perfect - comfortable & large room, amazing view overlooking the Pretty Bay right outside, balcony to enjoy the views, the bed mattress was really comfy (not too soft, not too hard), great breakfast! Staff was really helpful, friendly and supportive. We had to relocate for the first night and even though it's a slight inconvenience - this was done in a really professional and kind manner, everything taken care of. Big thanks to the hotel team! :)

Positive: Very central, practically beach front, we chose this hotel for beach vicinity and we were very happy. Lots of restaurants around, a very nice walk long the shore. A simple and non-pretencious resort location. The hotel is quite new and comfortable, friendly staff.
Negative: The breakfast was a bit monotonous.

Positive: Good location, fantastic breakfast with very attentive staff, modern useful features such as multi-type power plugs. Clean.
Negative: Parking is a challenge and may require several rounds of the block. The set-up for a 3-bed room is not well done with the night stands at random places in the room and the power outlets not fitting to the beds. No reading lights.

Negative: It would’ve been great if they had some reserved parking, there is good free parking outside on the street but during some times of the day it’s hard to get a hold of one.

Positive: It's a new hotel, very clean and quite modern.
Negative: We had booked a luxury room and did receive one, but it turned out to be an accessible room for guests with disabilities. The hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to stay in that room the first night. While the facilities were mostly the same, the bathroom was very inconvenient: there was no storage space at all and no shower curtain or enclosure, so water ended up everywhere. Since we were staying for four nights, I requested a room change for the following day. The receptionist assured us that this would be possible. However, the next morning, a different receptionist told us again that the hotel was fully booked. Only after repeated complaints were we given another room, initially with two single beds, despite having clearly requested a double bed as a couple. After insisting once more, we finally received a room with a proper double bed. Breakfast was another letdown, it was bland, greasy, and exactly the same every single day. The eggs were drenched in oil, and there was little to no variety or freshness. To top it off, the location is not appealing. There is virtually nothing to do in the area except for a beach that faces an industrial harbor, which hardly provides a relaxing or scenic atmosphere. All in all, it was a stay filled with unnecessary hassle that took the fun out of our trip.

Negative: Hotel policies...€100 deposit for breakages, further deposits for hairdryer, iron and board, and beach towels..... Unnecessary and annoying on things we would usually expect to be provided as standard. Wardrobes not long enough to hang dresses. Allocated room was facing extractor fans, air conditioning units and large electrical unit in a tiny courtyard....noisy and extremely hot. Balcony was pointless as we couldn't use it. Staff were very helpful and moved us to a different room with street view. On leaving we heard someone else making the same complaint. After moving rooms, we were very happy with our stay.
