Positive: Very nice place close to the lake. Friendly owners, room nice and clean with hammock to relax. Breakfast in front of the lake with bird songs. They have a small restaurant.
Negative: The cooking place outside was not usable (no gas and cooking stuff)

Positive: Location lovely and owners are friendly
Negative: None of the windows open, so the bathroom vents into the bedroom (gross when someone goes #2). At night, having zero access to fresh air is deeply unhealthy and uncomfortable Lumpy pillows - nothing nice about that No hand towels in the bathroom, and nowhere to hang a hand towel. There were no hooks to hang bath towels, and no toilet paper holder. No chair to sit in, or desk to work at. The description said they were lake front, but they are across the street from the lake, face a different direction and there’s nowhere to sit on the tiny patio. The restaurant ran out of Modelo, and the next day had not replenished it. The staff was happy enough to buy more after we asked, but it would have been nice to know they were paying attention enough to have done this without us having to ask All in all, we won’t be returning with a tour group - mostly because the windows do not open, and having no fresh air (or clean air) was gross and uncomfortable for guests sharing rooms I REALLY wanted to LOVE this place, but it just has too many minor issues that add up to a resounding NO.

Positive: Clean and comfortable cabin on the edge of the lake. Short walk to Lago Internacional and Guatemala.
Summary: Beautiful lake for a swim with crystal clear water and these cabins are right next to the shore. Great place to stay.
