Summary: The “cabin” was dilapidated and falling apart (the floor boards in the bathroom were separating and the head board on the bed could be moved back and forth). More importantly there were no bedside stands, so one could not easily read in bed. No drain for placing washed dishes. And the cabin was very close to a workshop. It was also dark in the cabin. There was a nice manager’s assistant…It turns out that the building shown on the website was not our cabin but the main rental office, so that was misleading.

Summary: We found our cabin with ease, was able to get in easy, the location was easy to find, the cabin itself was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and they also set up a beautiful Christmas tree, we found that to be a nice surprise.

Summary: Hidden Rest is really a Hidden Gem! Our cabin was super clean and deceivingly spacious on the inside. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for two adults and a dog to move about. I loved the small screened outdoor patio as well. Melissa was so kind and helpful with any questions we had and made us feel at home. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Plenty of parking for car, ATV, & trailer. Price: affordable! Cabins spread out, giving feeling privacy! Quiet! Keypad on entrance. Rustic cabin with knotty pine panelling. Very nice coffee pot with better than average coffee! Comfortable bed & couch. Nice TV. Cozy electric fireplace. Refrigerator, microwave, stove. What more can we ask, for the price?

Summary: This is the 3rd time we stayed here. The other 2 times were good. This time was disappointing because it wasn't as clean and because we were moved to a different cabin the last minute. We were not asked if this was okay, we were just notified in a text that we recieved on our way there that we had been moved. We saw other people in Cabin 2, the cabin we paid for. Some kind of explanation, apology or partial reduction on the price would have been nice, but there was nothing. We will not be staying at Hidden Rest Cabins again.
